I think the dogs should have personhood They are people say what you want people Are going to jump on that I bet people Stitch this on Tick Tock or whatever Personhood's a legal term I don't mean I Think dogs are humans right exactly but They feel clearly they're sentient they Can learn they can use intelligent Disobedience which is not listening to You because it's in their best interest Not to listen to you maybe if you call Them in a car it's coming and they see That and they disobey for example that Would be intelligent Disobedience that's A complex animal right there that has Been really highly tuned through Selective breeding for thousands of Years to communicate with people that's A pretty amazing thing right there and We should be very careful and deliberate In how we interact with them and be very Thoughtful and not passive about doing That it's a serious responsibility when You're training another animal and it's Only in everyone's best interest to do So so if we train them with care we're Going to be happier it's really the Bottom line I mean we can do it because It's nice cool I would like to think we would all do That but it will probably make your life A lot better
